The angel said to the women, "Do not be afraid, for I know that you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. He is not here; he has risen, just as he said. Come and see the place where he lay. Then go quickly and tell his disciples: 'He has risen from the dead and is going ahead of you into Galilee. There you will see him.' Now I have told you." Matthew 28:5-7 (NIV)
My reflection of the verse
We celebrate Easter Sunday today in remembrance of Jesus' resurrection. Every time I think of Easter, I'm reminded of our salvation and God's love for us. No one could ever loved us that way that He would send His only begotten son to save us. Easter Sunday is not only a day for Easter egg hunt but I think it's day to be with your family thanking the Lord for all the sacrifices He did for us.
