Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it. Proverbs 22:6 (NIV)
My reflection of the verse
A child should be trained well by their parents while they are young. He/she should be taught to love God above all, obey the laws of God, love his/her parents, respect them including his/her neighbors. It is imperative for every child to know what is right from wrong. If he/she commits mistake, the parents should let him/her realize the consequences of his/her actions. Parents should guide their children as they grow, so, by the time they are old, they would remember the things their parents have taught them.
